I'm moving the boards to my paid webserver tonight and/or tomorrow night. There may be some downtime, but this migration should be very straightforward so I don't foresee any problems. I should be able to keep the downtime to a minimum since I won't point hammesfamily.com to it until I know it's working.

Just started these workouts. it's a flippin boot camp, but I had reached a plateau working out on my own. Needed to change it up.
Definitely realize how little I actually pushed myself.
finished day 3....I'm sore.

I woke up w/a fever yesterday and today. Sore throat this morning. Kids had strep last week (Yes both of them) so I of course suspect the same. Went into urgent care this morning. Rapid strep test came back negative but the doc says my throat looks like strep, my story is good, so she's going to treat it for strep and not even bother with sending it out for the 24 hour culture.
I am on antibiotics for the first time since I remember. My mom claims I was on it for something or other as a kid... I sure don't remember it. We're talkin 25 years ago! and I never did get a 100% diagnosis that I need it.... (granted we have a very strong case for it).
been home from work for 2 days now... and was instructed to stay home one more day ...

I realize everyone and their mother has a facebook page and a couple friends had bugged me about it... too lazy...
well i finally caved.

I was actually amazed.. just did a blitzkrieg of invites of people I graduated HS with and bam... a dozen people I haven't talked to in years. then i see their friends list, recognize a few... more invites sent out... now 20 some odd people in a matter of hours that I haven't talked to in forever.
I have to admit It's actually pretty cool. I knew it was big, but I am still amazed.
