Server got fried last night during a power outage. It doesn't seem to want to boot up, so I have temporarily moved my webpage over to my road runner web space until I get it fixed. Initial feelings - looks like it's not gonna get fixed anytime soon :-(

In the meantime, my ftp server will obviously be down, and any links that go back to my original server are down, I also only have a condensed version of my photoalbum (only those pictures that I already had on my road runner account are available).

This just in. I can now access my AIM account at work again. Keep in mind, even though it says I'm logged onto Yahoo during the day, this is only because I leave myself logged in at home. So AIM for work, Yahoo at home... get it? If you don' t have it yet, I'd highly suggest picking up a copy of Trillian as it allows you to log into the major IM services from one easy to use interface.

Yeah yeah yeah... it's been awhile since I updated. Anyway, I have a good program for you. I personally hate spyware and have found the perfect little ap to help combat those intrusive little programs. It's called Spybot Search and Destroy and very effectively finds and removes files that will access the internet unbeknownst to you. Ever have the homepage of your browser change without knowing why? It was probably becuase you have some sort of spyware on your computer. Or how about if you are getting pop-up ads for some reason - spyware again. Anyway, spybot found 60+ instances of spyware on my computer... it's all gone now!

One more thing, if you see Erin or me today, wish us a happy anniversary! The end of 3 wonderful years is complete today! We goin' Sizzzlah...

Try this: go to the popular search site of google and type in your telephone number. It will return your name and address along with a map from mapquest straight to your house! Some people get weirded out by this (note that this information is available through the phone book), so if you want to opt out of letting this information public there are links to prevent it.

So yeah, I haven't been updated this again lately. Mostly because I have been playing games too much and not as much surfing. I also have gotten rather busy at work and with the new puppy. Since I take care of the dogs at lunch, my daily lunch "surf" has severely been affected. Anyway... I will make a point to update this a little more often. Other news, I have received my new GE computer. As it turns out I have been chosen to have a lap top! So I now have a brand new Dell Latitude C610 which I can use personally as well. Not a bad deal!

Well, they moved our ISP to a new GE proxy server and as a result all IM traffic has been blocked :-( so no more instant messenging at work. Guess they would just rather us abuse the phone system.
